結構控制暨安全監測國際研討會

研討會宗旨：

　　臺灣地區係處環太平洋地震帶，高樓大廈及橋樑等民生工程林立，地震對土木及建築設施所造成損壞影響深遠。近年來，在量測感應器輕巧化、資料擷取高速化與傳輸無線化的進展帶動下，裝設結構健康監測系統以進行損害診斷防止災難無預警發生，並為判定維修補強或重建之依據，已成為國內外廣泛研究的課題。交通部中央氣象局於臺灣地區62座結構物(45棟建築物及17橋樑)裝設強震監測系統，提供實際結構受震前後動態反應紀錄，成為研究結構健康診斷之重要資料，對於國內提升系統識別與損壞評估技術，具有重大貢獻。此外，國內外工程界日漸重視結構控制技術，裝設隔震及消能減振裝置於結構物上的工程案例日益增加。因此，本研討會即針對結構健康診斷、損壞評估及結構控制技術為主題，邀請國際知名專家學者，發表國內外研發與實務應用現況，期能促進學界與工程界之交流，以達到工程教育及技術推廣之目的，藉此加速國內相關研究及工程應用水準之提昇。

協辦單位：交通部中央氣象局、國家地震工程研究中心、國科會工程處工程科技推廣中心
