COMPANY PROFILE
Global Scientech Inc. was established in September 1990. The original capital investment was 200,000 U.S. dollars while by the end of 2000, the net asset had been expanded to 1,500,000 U.S. dollars. When the company was first established, the main objectives were on the designing and construction installation of petroleum, chemicals and gas related fields’ projects while the most valuable clients were Chinese Petroleum Corp. and gas companies. By the end of 1992, the business had been extended to other governmental or private companies like Taiwan Sugar Company, Taiwan Power Company, China Steel Corp., Private Paper Manufacturing Companies, Chemical Companies and Gasoline Service Stations.
Global Scientech Inc. now includes Engineering, Construction, Computer Application, Service Station operating Division and International Operations Division. The Engineering Division offers the services for the customers about oil or gas piping systems, gasoline or gas service stations, gas metering and regulating stations, co-generation systems and other gas-related systems encompassing a complete range from feasibility studies to preliminary planning, specification and selection of equipment’s, detailed engineering, procurement, project management and complete design.
The construction Division provides specialized engineers for construction supervision, on-site quality control, material handling and progress control. At the beginning of December 1991, a construction team had been organized for the construction installations and thus can do even the complex jobs on a turn-key basis when co-operated with the Engineering Division.
The Computer Application Division supplies the help for the design analysis, process calculations, static calculations and others when acquired by engineering Division. Since today's’ market is overwhelmed with new computer systems, the Computer Application Division had developed programmable logic controls and transmission systems and been applied in gasoline service stations successfully. Any other applications will be available for the customers when requested.
Service Station operating Division owned seven gasoline station and since 2005 100% owned first Auto Station plus running LPG related business.
Global Scientech Inc. is continuously browsing the market for new modern technologies in order to keep up to date with today’s technology. The International Operations Division is thus separated from the Engineering Division in Feb. 1993. This division is in charge of the direct contact with international affairs and to afford new equipment from abroad.
The employee before entering Global Scientech Inc. shall succeed in strict examinations. As a result, all members are in good background and sufficient acknowledgment to take charge of the engineering matters encountered. By FEBRUARY 2006, there are 3 project managers in Global Scientech Inc.; all of them are with engineering background and minimum 10 year experience while other crews were college graduated and with at least 5 year experience. The technicians employed in full or part time are also in good acknowledgment and experience.
